Arctic Tern is a ModBMC-compatible small form factor FPGA card with integrated Ethernet, HDMI, and more! Ideal for use as a highly secure Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) card, embedded control logic for products, and CPU / peripheral development, each Arctic Tern module is a completely self-contained computing system that blends the best features of FPGAs with the flexibility of modern SoCs.

Requiring absolutely no proprietary firmware, HDL, or tooling to use, Arctic Tern makes it simple to add network functionality, graphics, and high-speed I/O to a device without requiring advanced manufacturing techniques -- only a standard DDR4 SODIMM socket is required. With two OpenPOWER-compatible soft CPUs available, Arctic Tern is capable of using either a custom bare metal firmware or a RTOS such as Zephyr -- you're in complete control with the Arctic Tern system!
